Refund Policy of Silver Corporate Cabs
- Extra charge fees incur if the waiting period of time above 15 minutes
- Airport pick up 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights would be charged fully if no show
- Parking fees for international flights pick up would be added accordingly, and charged if no show
- Cancellation 24 hours prior the booking time would be charged fully
- Weddings booking to be paid one week prior (not refundable)
- Prime days including grand final and during spring carnival attract at least minimum 50% surcharge and to be paid one week prior (not refundable)
- Prime Mover ,SUV and Mini buses and Coaches Cancellation 7 days Prior the booking Time attracts 50% Cancellations fee .
- Credit card attracts 5% surcharge fees.
Waiting Time and Parking Charges:
– Our quotes for the airports have a 45-minute waiting for before we add on the cost of the parking.
– After the specified 45 minutes, you will have to pay for every hour that elapses.
– The incurred parking charge will be paid out in accordance with the price paid for it.
Hire Charges
– All hire charges start and end at Mayfair, rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
Excess Baggage Policy
– We reserve the right to refuse luggage or property that compromises vehicle or occupant safety.
Booking Confirmation
– After making your buy, you will get a confirmation email. Ensure that you look through it carefully and inform us at once of any errors if found.
Loss or Damage
– Silver Corporate Cabs assumes no liability for loss or damage to luggage or property carried in or on our vehicles.
Cancellation and Changes to Bookings
– General Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations within 2 hours of booked time: 50% of confirmed booking fee
– Cancellations made with 2-5 hours notice: 25% penalty on original billed amount
– Refunds provided to initial debit credit card holder
Wedding Service Cancellation Policy
– Minimum 2 weeks’ notice required for cancellations or rebookings
– Cancellations within 2 weeks will incur full cost
Airport Transfers Cancellation Policy
– Melbourne Airport pickups: 1-hour notice required for 100% refund (less card payment processing fee)
– Melbourne CBD pickups: 2-hours notice required for 100% refund (less card payment processing fee)
– Other Melbourne Metro Suburbs pickups: 4-hours notice required for 100% refund (less card payment processing fee)
– Other locations pickups: 24-hours notice required for 100% refund (less card payment processing fee)
